Taylors Fancy Dress are unable to offer a same day dispatch service. The 24 hour delivery service is offered by City Link and Royal Mail only applies once we have dispatched your order. DO NOT place an order with us if you need your order the following day unless you have spoken to a member of staff first.

Items posted by 1st class post are insured for up to £41.00.

This is a guaranteed next day delivery from Royal Mail.
99.9% of packages arrive next day (Monday - Saturday).
Items are insured for £500 and the service is fully tracked.
Items that are unable to be delivered are taken back to your local Royal Mail sorting office.

City Link
Guaranteed next day delivery.
99.9% of packages arrive next day (Monday - Friday).
Items are insured for £50 and the service is fully tracked.
Items that cannot be delivered are returned to your local City Link branch. A further delivery attempt will be made by City Link the following day.
The package is then held at the City Link branch for 7 days before it is returned to us. (Please note - City Link charge £7.50 to return packages that they are unable to delivery (or delivery is refused). This charge will be deducted from your refund balance.
This service is only available to mainland UK address. (North Ireland is not considered as being mainland UK by City Link.).
