| Returns Policy At Taylors Fancy Dress we know that there is sometimes a need to return a item. However before returning an item for whatever reason please contact sales@taylors-shop.co.uk and request a returns form. A returns form asks for all the information we need in order to process your return. All items returned MUST have a returns form or we will be unable to process the return. The item must be without damage or use and in a suitable condition for resale. All packaging must be included and must not be damaged. (this includes header cards being folded). We aim to process all returns within 14 days of receiving them. However during October and December returns will not be processed until the following month. (ie a return received on the 15th October will not be processed until sometime during the first 14 days of November). |
