Returns
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that refunds are for the cost of the goods only and return shipping charges are not refundable..
Goods you are returning must comply with the following
The product must not have been used
The product must have all it's original packing which must not be damaged. Header cards must not be folded.
The product must not smell of perfume or nicotine
The product must be returned in the condition it was despatched and in a resaleable condition.
A return form (downloadable from below) must be completed and forwarded to us with your return.
We aim to process your return within 21 days of receipt, however this may increase to up to 28 days at Halloween and Christmas.
Returns must be sent via a traceable shipping method. If the item is returned without the ability to track the delivery and the item is not received, a refund will not be issued.

Exchanges
Taylors Fancy Dress do not offer exchanges due to quick stock turn over. A 2nd order must be placed for the replacment item and the above returns procedure must be followed to obtain a refund for the unwanted item. This procedure has been introducted as items were selling out between returns being sent back and being procced. |
